Pretty decent beds, just a small snag

Has anyone else checked out Sosoft Beds? I was looking for a super king ottoman storage bed and their prices were really good. The "Opulence" model looked fantastic and the delivery to Northern Ireland was a bit slower than I hoped, but otherwise, I'm happy with it.

Detailed ottoman bed experience

I purchased an end lift ottoman storage bed, a double size, in velvet grey. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear descriptions of the different lifting mechanisms. Delivery took about two and a half weeks, which was within the timeframe they quoted. The bed arrived in several boxes and the assembly instructions were clear enough, though it took me a good couple of hours to put it together by myself. The storage space is genuinely impressive, and the lifting mechanism feels sturdy. The velvet fabric looks luxurious and feels soft. I did notice a small scuff on one of the side panels, but it's not very noticeable once assembled. Overall, a good purchase.

Fast delivery, good mattress

Ordered a pocket sprung mattress. Arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. It's comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

Super comfy memory foam mattress

Just got my new memory foam mattress from SoSoft Beds and it's so good! I was a bit worried about ordering online, but it arrived pretty quickly, like a week after I ordered. Sleeping way better now. It really makes a difference.

Good bed, some delivery issues

I ordered a king size upholstered bed frame. The quality seems solid for the price, and it looks really nice in my room. The delivery was a bit of a hassle; it was delayed by a day and I had to call customer service to sort it out. They were helpful on the phone, but it was still a minor inconvenience. Overall, I'm happy with the bed.

Another solid purchase

This is my third purchase from SoSoft Beds. I bought a king size ottoman bed a couple of years ago, then a mattress for the guest room, and now a set of bedside tables. Their quality is consistently good. The bedside tables arrived exactly when they said they would, and they match my existing bed perfectly. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver every time.
